How We Help Them

Exceptional Achievement is a coaching tool that allows organisations to measure and monitor the performance and aspirations of individuals or teams. We worked closely with the company to develop the online application that would form the centre-piece of their product.

The Project

The application is built around a complex database system that records responses from individuals and compiles them together into a number of graphical reports.

We helped Exceptional Achievement to formulate their concept and turned it into an effective online tool that would be both powerful and user-friendly.

The system includes a complex management system that can be used by coaches and administrators to control how the tool is used by delegates.

The Results

Exceptional Achievement have had a great response to the system from existing and potential clients, who find the tool refreshingly simple, yet very accurate.

We work with the company on an ongoing basis to continually improve and refine the product.
