Deployment recruit temporary and permanent driving, warehouse, secretarial and management staff throughout the North of England. We were asked to design and build a new website to increase their contact with candidates and clients and to present a more professional image online.

The Project

We spent time with Deployment's key staff to understand the problems they had experienced with their old website and designed a replacement site to attract more candidates and showcase their services for clients.

Candidates can register online for jobs or sign up for regular email updates as new vacancies arise.

We added a bespoke administration system, which allows them to manage the jobs and news items that are displayed on the site and also to send out branded email newsletters to their mailing list.

The Results

Deployment have received a significant increase in their contact with candidates and the traffic to the site is steadily increasing. We are working with them on an ongoing basis to ensure the site remains up-to-date, effective and continues to attract relevant traffic.
